Walk-Through & Written Estimate
We visit the property, inspect every elevation, measure, photograph, and send you a fixed-price written estimate within 48 hours. No pressure, no surprises.

Pressure Wash
Every square foot of siding, stucco, and trim is pressure-washed to remove dirt, chalking, mildew, and loose paint. Then we let the surface dry for a minimum of 24 hours before anything else happens.

Scrape, Sand & Repair
We scrape any peeling paint down to a sound edge, sand rough spots smooth, and repair damaged stucco, wood rot, and hairline cracks. Nothing gets painted over and hidden.

Caulk Every Gap
We re-caulk every seam around windows, doors, trim, soffits, and fascia with a high-grade elastomeric sealant. This is what keeps wind-driven rain out of your walls during hurricane season.

Prime Where It Matters
Clearing, grading, utility connections, septic installation (including I/A systems for nitrogen-sensitive areas if required), and foundation work. We pour foundations designed for Cape Cod’s soil conditions and frost depth requirements. Every step is inspected and documented.

Two Finish Coats
Bare wood, stucco patches, stains, and problem areas get spot-primed with a bonding primer rated for humidity and UV. Without this step, the top coat has nothing to grip

How long will the paint last?
On a properly prepped home using the premium acrylic systems we specify, you should expect 7 to 10 years of protection before a repaint is needed. Homes right on the water or facing direct southern exposure may need touch-ups on the most exposed walls sooner.
Do you work through hurricane season?
We monitor the forecast closely and never paint within 24 hours of predicted heavy rain. If a tropical system is approaching, we pause the project, secure the site, and resume when conditions are safe — without charging you for the delay.
What paint brands do you use?
We specify Sherwin-Williams and Behr Pro exterior lines by default, in the formulations rated for coastal and high-UV conditions. If you have a preferred brand or a specific HOA-approved color, we’ll match it.
Do you handle HOA color approvals?
Yes. We’ve worked with multiple HOA-governed communities in Southwest Florida and can help you through the color approval process if needed.
Do I need to be home during the work?
No. Most of our clients give us access and go about their day. We’ll send progress photos and check in at key milestones.
